Welcome to Our Parish Council's New Strategic Plan for 2024 - 2029!

We're excited to introduce you to our Parish Council's latest strategic plan, uniquely tailored to serve our community's needs and aspirations. As we embark on this journey together, we're guided by four key aims that underscore our commitment to enhancing the quality of life for all residents:

Facilities & Amenities: Our pledge to continually promote the best interests of our community members by providing facilities and amenities within the parish, addressing gaps not covered by the Unitary Authority.

Direct Services: We uphold the highest ethical standards in the direct services we provide, ensuring professionalism and quality are never compromised. Your satisfaction and well-being are at the forefront of everything we do.

Communication: We strive to be a "Listening Council," actively seeking your opinions, comments, and concerns. Your feedback is invaluable in shaping our actions, and we promise to act promptly, whether addressing issues internally or liaising with other authorities.

Climate Emergency: Recognising the urgent need for action, we've declared a climate emergency. Through our strategic plan, we're committed to implementing positive measures that minimise environmental impact while promoting sustainability. This includes adopting a reduce, reuse, recycle strategy, promoting biodiversity, and safeguarding wildlife and the environment.
